Katie Shuler

Moderator

Katie is the Climate Representative for Air Liquide’s North America scope.  In this capacity she is responsible for the emissions abatement strategy while supporting the climate goals of both Air Liquide and its customers.

As the Vice President of Energy and Operations Management for Air Liquide Large Industries U.S. LP her responsibilities include asset planning and dispatch, including energy sourcing and structuring, for Air Liquide’s 60+ production facilities and 2,000 miles of pipeline network within North America.

In her 20+ year tenure at Air Liquide, Katie has been a change leader and has successfully guided the organization through both commercial and operational evolutions. 

Dr. Suzanne Haritgan

Dr. Suzanne Hartigan is a Senior Director of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs for the American Chemistry Council (ACC).  Suzanne serves as the staff lead for ACC’s Chemical Management and Science Policy committee where she focuses implementation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and regulatory science policy issues relating to chemical risk assessment.

Prior to joining ACC in October 2017, Suzanne served as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Science Policy for the International Fragrance Association North America. Suzanne also worked  as a chemist at SRC, Inc., providing technical support to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency New Chemicals Program under the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics, and for  SOCMA, assisting companies with the new chemicals notification process.  Suzanne received her Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from the University of Maryland.  

Autumn Hong

Autumn Hong, a Partner at McKinsey & Company's Houston office, leads the Chemical Insights, focusing on global petrochemicals and associated feedstock market analytics. Her expertise is sought by leading integrated energy and chemicals clients across North America, Southeast Asia, and Northeast Asia. Autumn provides strategic counsel on corporate strategy, market entry, and mergers and divestitures, particularly in navigating the evolving landscape of sustainability priorities. Her work encompasses not only driving transformation within the chemical industry through decarbonization and sustainable product development but also facilitating industry-wide progress towards overarching net-zero objectives through the continuous innovation of chemicals.

Tina Moss

Tina Moss has over 29 years of industrial experience, including direct lead in technology scale-up and commercialization, multi-party contract negotiations, as well as strategic and business development.  She is currently working for LyondellBasell as the Net Zero Business Development Director.  In this role, Tina is responsible for business case and partnership development, and negotiations for the net zero projects.  Prior to joining the LyondellBasell team, Tina worked at Johnson Matthey for over 21 years and Honeywell/UOP for 7 years.
