Session Summary: This session is designed for all leaders, regardless of gender, who want to learn how to cultivate more inclusive, empathetic leadership practices and contribute to a workplace culture where everyone can thrive. Authentic, empathetic leadership is a powerful force in driving organizational success and creating inclusive, supportive environments. In this session, we will explore how women’s leadership styles—rooted in empathy, collaboration, and authenticity—can inspire innovation, foster strong team dynamics, and lead to lasting success. Through real-world examples, participants will learn how adopting a more authentic and empathetic approach to leadership can benefit both individuals and organizations as a whole. This session will highlight the unique strengths women bring to leadership roles, such as emotional intelligence, effective communication, and the ability to build diverse, high-performing teams. We will also discuss how male allies can support and champion women in leadership, creating a culture of equity, respect, and mutual growth.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Jen is also trained in Advancing Women Leaders (AWL) 360, Purposeful Leaders (PL) 360, and the Team Diagnostic Survey (TSD). She holds a Master’s from Columbia University, Teachers College.
