Rise & Rumble: Boxing Inspired Workout Class Presented by Rumble Boxing

Session Overview:
Kickstart your morning on Wednesday, September 11 at 6:30 AM on the pool deck with a full-body, boxing-inspired workout led by Rumble Boxing. This high-octane class combines the intensity of boxing with the transformative power of strength training. You'll experience a workout that is authentic HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) that will leave you feeling strong, energized, and ready to conquer the day at the Women in Chemicals Conference.

This class isn’t just a workout—it’s an experience. With a mix of boxing drills and resistance training, accompanied by custom hip-hop and house mash-ups, you’ll be immersed in a high-energy environment that’s as fun as it is challenging. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a first-time boxer, this class welcomes all fitness levels. Lace up your sneakers, bring your fighting spirit, and get ready to Rumble!

What to Expect:

Participants will go through rounds, split between boxing drills and strength training. Expect a high-energy atmosphere with a focus on authentic, no-frills exercise that challenges both your body and mind. The class is led by one of Rumble's top instructors, who doubles as a DJ and motivational speaker, ensuring you stay pumped throughout the 45-minute session.

Recommended Attire:

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated! All other equipment will be provided.

I’m Tara, GM & Trainer at Rumble Boxing in Memorial! I am a loud and proud Jersey Shore girl bringing the sass and the hype to Houston since moving here in 2019! With 6 years in the fitness industry, I absolutely love what I get to do! You'll always feel motivated and empowered in a class with me, and can expect to laugh a little while breaking that sweat too! Fitness is so important to me, so I love to be able to share that with everyone I meet. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at a young age and found that staying active and moving my body every day not only helps me feel better physically, but mentally as well! I find that a good workout in the AM brings me to life more than any amount of coffee could! Let's get this sweat in!!

Michelle Davidson

Michelle is a born and raised Houstonian who grew up with fitness in her blood. Her family has been running on holidays since before she can remember, and she is always down for a good 5k. Her first job was in Youth Sports at the YMCA, and now she is a Consultant by day, and a cardio queen by night! Michelle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and has been teaching boutique fitness for over 2 years. In her car you can catch her jamming to Hip-Hop, Dance-Pop, and EDM. Her all-time favorite food is pasta, though Oreos are a close second. She is a summertime, beach girl by heart, but is okay with the cold if it means she can escape to the mountains to snowboard. Michelle brings upbeat yet intense energy to every workout she leads!
