Kickstart your morning on Wednesday, September 11 at 6:30 AM on the pool deck with a full-body, boxing-inspired workout led by Rumble Boxing. This high-octane class combines the intensity of boxing with the transformative power of strength training. You'll experience a workout that is authentic HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) that will leave you feeling strong, energized, and ready to conquer the day at the Women in Chemicals Conference.

With a mix of boxing drills and resistance training, accompanied by custom hip-hop and house mash-ups, you’ll be immersed in a high-energy environment that’s as fun as it is challenging. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a first-time boxer, this class welcomes all fitness levels. Lace up your sneakers, bring your fighting spirit, and get ready to Rumble!
What to Expect:
Participants will go through rounds, split between boxing drills and strength training. Expect a high-energy atmosphere with a focus on authentic, no-frills exercise that challenges both your body and mind. The class is led by one of Rumble's top instructors, who doubles as a DJ and motivational speaker, ensuring you stay pumped throughout the 45-minute session.
