Negotiate Your Success

Thank you to all who joined us in our Generation Female Webinar: Negotiate  Your Success. Special thanks to our speaker, Victoria Meyer, for her insights, advice, and guidance. Victoria shared with our 100+ attendees several approaches we can take with us to reframe success and negotiate on our own behalf. We learned that there are many forms of negotiation that we are engaging in every day that we may not even be aware of. Throughout this Webinar, Victoria provided us with five actionable steps we can take to negotiate our success. The first step identified was to define what success looks like to you, for the short term and the long term. Secondly, we learned that framing our success and understanding how it supports others (your team, your boss, your organization) is critical.  Victoria reminded us how essential it is to demonstrate (show and tell) to your key stakeholders and leaders the successes that you've earned.
