Introducing Candice Lecourt, this week's WOTW. Candice is currently Harcros Chemicals' Northeast District Manager. Candice, while her entire career thus far has been within the Harcros community, has worn many hats. Starting as a temporary employee during her undergrad in order to pay for schooling, she then went on to have roles in customer service, purchasing, office management, operations, and more. Candice is a great example of being able to diversify her career within one organization. 

Candice talked a lot about her significant network of mentors, and their tremendous support throughout her career so far. She spoke to the visibility that they provided her, enabling Candice to be confident in her roles and responsibilities within the industry. She spoke to the key skills of accessible leadership and integrity in her mentors. 

When asked about how she is able to vouch for herself and other women in the industry, Candice acknowledged the importance of advocating for ourselves not only in work, but in all aspects of life. She talks about the importance of having confidence in yourself, and leaning on progressive, forward thinking leadership along her journey. 

Candice closed our interview with some advice surrounding stress management: we need to acknowledge that we've experienced so much in our lives and careers, and made our way through, We always make it through, and find a way out.
