Meg came in to the chemicals industry seemingly on accident. With a BA Degree in History and a JD in Law, she met her first TRInternational connection through her network of Law School classmates when she relocated from the Midwest to the Pacific Northwest. Today, she sits as CEO and Owner of TRInternational, Inc.

In interviewing Meg for WOTW, she shared with us her thoughts on working and standing out in a male dominated industry. She helped us to recognize that there is no substitute for hard work. Meg emphasizes the need for women to be visible in this industry to show that success is possible. She imparted on us that we should be welcoming and create environments for women to succeed. Meg lives this ethos by taking every opportunity to pull other women up the ladder behind her. She reminded us that we are our own fiercest advocates, and of the tremendous opportunity that exists for women to be successful in this industry.
