A graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, Brit has put her degree of Supply Chain management to use in her roles including planning and procurement. Today, Brit sits as a Senior Manager of Global Procurement for Diversey, managing a chemicals portfolio of actives (quarternary ammoniums), fragrances, and surfactants.

We talked about the vulnerability that comes with being newer to the industry and how Brit has been able to vouch for herself early on in her career. We also spent a moment talking about the importance of being a good listener, seeking out mentorship opportunities, and how emotional intelligence can help in leadership roles.

We also had a moment to recap our first bi-weekly mixer experiences with one another and how great it was to find a creative outlet to network with new connections safely from home.
